Shipping policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours if all of the products that were ordered are available from the supplier at time of purchase.. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Australia Post
  • Sendle

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracking number . Your tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the either the weight of your products or Cubic weight of the shipping carton and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
